Bella:

I started my career in the adult industry when I was 18 years old. Fast forward to being 58 years old, I have done almost all of the roles in the industry.  Having 40 years’ experience, I have the expertise to guide the ladies in being safe and finding legitimate work. My experience is exotic dancer, feature dancer, magazine model i.e., Club, Club International, Foxxx magazine, Hustler, Penthouse, Swank, Genesis, High Society, Penthouse Forum, Perfect 10, Cherri, and Score magazines.

I’ve also shot adult film for a couple of years and have shot with many of the legitimate companies i.e., Score Group, Reality Kings, Naughty America, Anilos, Lethal Hardcore, Sex Underwater, See Moms Suck, 40something magazine, Mofos, Ed Powers, Reality Gang, Evasive Angels, Tug pass, Desperate Pleasure, Forbidden Fruits, & many fetish companies.

I started recruiting 15 years ago & was offered a partnership in an agency. That is where I met my business partner Michael Lucus and we have always worked together since.  I took that agency from mediocre to the #1 agency in FL.  After a few years, I started my own agency, Adult Star Makers and we rose to the top in the 1st month. Being the only female agent in FL. And 1 of the 3 female agents in the industry I was able to stay at the top. I am blessed.   From there, we worked with all the top agencies in LA to take care of the bookings for the models there. We were proud to run the east coast division of one of the top LA agencies Ladirect.   

Once Covid occurred, I took a couple of years off from the industry. When I came back, I wanted to semi retire to full time recruiter. It’s a lot of work being an agent and I just don’t have the stamina for it all.  However, I love the industry and the models so much that I had to come back.

Being a full-time recruiter is a job that is so fulfilling to me. Now I have all the time I need to really look out for the ladies in the industry. I have been so fortunate to have made some amazing relationships with the ladies. I think the reason I’m able to be friends with the ladies is that I can relate to things as I’ve been there. I’m happy to give business advice as well as personal things that come up. That is truly the best part of the job to me. If I can save one lady from being taken advantage of, treated poorly, or worse protecting them from the dangerous people, I have done what I set out to do.

I absolutely love both agencies we recruit for as I have known both for many years. They are both experienced and I know that you are in safe hands.
